Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Kyra van Meijl, a singer and composer specializing in retro chiptune game music.

I was born in 1998 in the province of Brabant in the Netherlands. From a young age, I was captivated by music, developing a love for singing and creating melodies. These interests quickly became my hobbies. Over the years, I have sung in various choirs and played the clarinet for more than 10 years.

My musical journey led me to the Maastricht Conservatory, where I acquired in-depth knowledge of music theory. With over two years of study, including ear training, and participation in the SATB choir (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass), I honed my perfect pitch into a valuable tool.

My passion for harmonious singing, voice acting, and game music flourished. With deep respect for game music composers, I am fascinated by creating the right atmosphere and delivering fitting musical pieces for games. Game music is crucial for setting the tone of a game, and I eagerly invest my love and attention into composing the perfect melodies. Allow me to enrich your game with my melodic creations.
